I didn't reference the anime, they're just supposed to be forget-me-nots. I didn't reference pictures of forget-me-nots either, I just made those up, but there are some species are shaped like the ones I drew.

The anime has forget-me-nots.
I just thought it was slightly sad how the image of Menma is so close to the style of the anime and that the flowers weren't.
But that's just me being nit picky.
I'm generally nit picky when I see an art that has a LOT of favourites and comments.

I bought a poster of this at Anime Central (plus another Anohana, and a Nyan Cat). Had to go looking for you in the map of Artist Alley to find you again… should have gotten a business card from you!
